European Monitoring Centre on Racism and Xenophobia
The primary task of the EUMC is "to provide the Community and its Member States (…) with objective, reliable and comparable information and data at European level on racism, xenophobia and anti-Semitism in order to help them when they take measures or formulate courses of actions within the spheres of competence". The website contains e.g. annual country reports on the EU member states.

Eurostat: Population and social conditions
The data on population and social conditions in the EU Member States are available free of charge on this website. The instruction on how to find the data on social exclusion can be found here. Eurostat is the Statistical Office of the European Communities. Its task is to provide the European Union with statistics at European level. By harmonising statistics from the European statistical system (ESS) to a single methodology, the statistics are made comparable.
